You will find a cozy, apartment in a historic Minneapolis duplex. We share a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities and each bedroom with it's own work space. A deck off of your room, you can enjoy some outdoor time. This is great for those coming to town for work, for school, transitioning to a new place, or just for a visit to our vibrant city!

In the heart of South Minneapolis, we're across the street from the tennis court of Powderhorn Park. It's a lovely expansive view! In the heart of South Minneapolis, nearby are major hospitals, authentic restaurants, world class museums, and university campuses!

Although a car is nice....bike paths and public transportation in the area is plentiful!

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
