The living room at Snowdrop Apartment includes a cozy gathering space under fairy lights, a Roku-enabled TV and a dress-up bin for kids (or adults!).
The living room connects to each bedroom, then into the kitchen. Beach towels, board games, books and some fun building sets are provided.
This spacious bedroom features a comfortable king bed and some fabulous black and white artwork from local artists.
This cozy queen bedroom has a small laptop-friendly desk.

There are quiet neighbors on either side of the Blue Iris House.
We provide laundry soap and an ironing and ironing board for your convenience.
A washer and dryer are provided both upstairs and down, along with detergent for your convenience.
There's an entryway room for your shoes and coats, and stairs leading up to Marigold.

Snowdrop Apartment is the lower floor of the Blue Iris House. There's plenty of yard space in front and back!
The door to Snowdrop is on the right, and the door to Marigold is on the left.
Enjoy the new Adirondack chairs and bonfire ring with some marshmallows and friends!
Enjoy a picnic on the grass right outside your door if you'd like!
Look for the sign to help guide you to the right house!

Blue Iris House is just a half mile from Lake Pepin and all the charming attractions of downtown Lake City. All 5 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and relaxing after a long day celebrating a wedding, playing golf, exploring nearby wineries or enjoying a fun-filled day at the Lake City Marina and beach.

In addition to the lovely bedrooms and living room, there's two full kitchens if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, firewood, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a full basket of beach towels and bags for you to use during your stay.

This home has two separate apartments, Snowdrop and Marigold, which are rented together as Blue Iris House, so twice the kitchens, bathrooms and lounge space! If you have a smaller group, you may book an individual apartment instead of the whole home. If you have a larger group and 5 bedrooms isn't quite enough, please let us know - we are opening additional rentals in Lake City in late summer 2022. We also have more rentals open now across the lake in Pepin, WI.
