This corner lot is across the street from Phelps Park, and right on bus lines and bike lanes. It's easily reachable to and from various hospitals, downtown activities, MOA/airport, as well as the U of M!

Cave Den is the perfect charming getaway for two!

Guest will have access to this private apartment, as well as a common laundry room, and common back and front yards shared with the two other units in the building.

We are around often as your hosts, working in and around the building. We love getting to know people, but also honor desires for quiet and privacy!
