Sky Apartment is a unique place with a style all its own. The apartment is the upper level unit of a classic South Minneapolis duplex. Traditional woodwork and rows of original windows are accentuated on our corner light-filled grounds overlooking Phelps Park. Easy access to the bus and bike lines make this gorgeous building conveniently located for downtown events, the airport/MOA, the Chain of Lakes, and many more Minneapolis highlights.

The open floorplan gives you a great view through the kitchen and living areas out over the beautiful Phelps Park. One bedroom features the traditional Arts & Crafts stye doors that open into the living room and hallway, and the other opens from the hallway, both conveniently located near the restroom. The third bed is the sleeper couch in the living room (bedding provided).

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, front and back yards. Guests also have access to the shared laundry utilities in the basement.

Airbed-in-a-bag kits are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
