Welcome to Lantern Condos at Lumberyard Lofts, a comfortable and flexible group stay just one block from Lake Pepin, the beach, and marina in the heart of Pepin, Wisconsin.

This combined listing includes Raindrop Condo and Mist Condo, offering a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and multiple living spaces. The layout is ideal for families, wedding groups, and friends traveling together who want to stay close while still having some separation between spaces.

Raindrop Condo features two bedrooms, a large living area, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious deck, and a jetted tub for two (or three!) and is pet-friendly, making it a great place to relax after a day at the lake or attending nearby events.

Mist Condo offers a more relaxed and cozy space with one bedroom, a full kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and a private yard. It also includes a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping and is pet-friendly, making it a great option for guests traveling with dogs.

Together, the space comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests, with optional airbed kits available for additional flexibility.

Each kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils, along with coffee, spices, tea, and sugar. We also provide towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a full set of beach towels and bags for your stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy a mix of spaces including a private yard, a large deck, and shared fire pits and grill areas, offering plenty of room to relax and gather.

The location is one of the biggest advantages. Guests can walk to the Pepin Beach and Marina, as well as local favorites like the Harbor View Café, the Pickle Factory, and the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum.
