The home features a full kitchen with bistro nook, a large dining room, a comfortable living room, a full bathroom, and three bedrooms with king and queen beds. There's a small work desk just off the living room, making Aspen a great option for both relaxing stays and work-friendly travel.
Aspen is part of Woodland Hollow, a small cluster of homes on this quiet private cul-de-sac that we host and manage ourselves to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests.
Located directly across from the walking and biking paths around Como Lake, the home is minutes from Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and Como Regional Park. You will also have convenient access to Allianz Field, the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital, and both Downtown Saint Paul and Downtown Minneapolis.
The main level includes a private front porch and access to the shared backyard with grill, offering space to relax outdoors after a day exploring the city.
The home includes a separate lower-level apartment with its own private exterior entrance. Guests in that space do not share any indoor areas with Aspen.
The property sits along an active train line, which can be seen from the porch.
Free street parking is available directly in front of the home, with additional parking available in the alley behind the property.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
